I'm raising money for 40ChallengesB440, a series of challenges throughout 2014 to raise money for a friend of mine called Deb Gascoyne, who has a type of cancer called Myeloma.

She has two children the same age as mine and was diagnosed with Myeloma at 34.  At that time, it wasn't clear if she'd make it to 40, so this is a celebration year too.

Why this challenge? Well, I love chocolate to the point of it probably being a bit unhealthy.  So, giving this up is a real, real challenge for me.

When Deb asked for volunteers to do this, I put my 'social network' hand up and errrr, here I am.
