I am going to Romania in August for 6 days and will be trekking for 6-8hrs per day for 4 days  I will be trekking through quite steep terrain and breathtaking scenery and it should be hard work but quite an experience !  I hope to pass Draculas castle on route. Yes! I am mad but have always wanted to do a charity trek..This trek appealed to me because I could choose my own charity and I have chosen the Childrens Burns trust .I got badly scarred on my back as a toddler but I was lucky -I dont remember a thing and I didnt get starred at because the scar wasnt visible when clothed .The charity does a lot of good work helping families and funding rehabilitation .Please look at their site  www.cbtrust.org.uk

I have paid £510 towards the trip and have to buy various kit .A  further £569 for the trip will be paid by The Burns Trust out of my target £1265 leaving approx £700 for the charity but I hope to raise far more and will do fundraising events if necessary .I would like to raise at least £1000 so ..............................
