My story
I'm trying to run again. It seems a bit implausible at the moment; over Christmas I was struggling to manage 3 mile runs.
But, if I manage 13 miles (gulp) I'd like it to be useful. If you could donate, the gift will be used to help deaf children and their families in India, East Africa and South America to access education, sign language training, and vital equipment.
In the meantime, if you see me taking the lift or standing on the escalator, please tell me to jog on.
