Big Battlefield Bike Ride 2019

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I have the honour of cycling alongside some of our Veterans this June in what will be an exceptional and emotive bike ride covering 350 miles in 5 days. We will be commemerating 75 years since the Invasion of Normandy and we will be visiting some of the significant WW2 battle sites including Pegasus Bridge and the Normandy Beach Landings.

For those who know me well, will know it will be a huge personal challenge having been on a bike 4 times in the last 25 years but I have been training hard since November. 

I was motivated having listened to the inspirational story of Jamie Hull and how the charity supported him get back on his feet. I have also had the privilege of spending a day at Tedworth House and seeing first hand what amazing work the charity does for our Veterans and their families.

Thank you for helping me support Help For Heroes in providing vital support in memory of those that have paid the ultimate price, for those that continue to do so or for those living with life changing injuries.
