As most of you probably know, I suffered from Meningitis when I was 16. It was a pretty horrible time spent in hospital followed by a long drawn out recovery period at home.

However thanks to all the research and the amazing support given by the Meningitis Research Foundation, it was diagnosed and treated in time and I was able to make a full recovery.
