Besides the fact I want to see if I can run longer than an hour ,I want to support the fantastic charity...Help for Heroes.

Help for Heroes (H4H) was founded by Bryn and Emma Parry after a profoundly moving visit to Selly Oak Hospital in the summer of 2007. Bryn and Emma met some extraordinarily brave young people who had been badly wounded and they just wanted to do something to help.

Your money will help support our wounded, providing practical and direct support to those servicemen and women wounded in the line of duty in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
