I have finally made the plunge into running and thought that it would make it even more worth while if I could raise money for charity. I have chosen Rossendale Hospice as the Hospice at Home program gave support to my family when my auntie was dying of cancer last year. It meant that she could stay in her home for longer and this would not have been possible without their help.

I am running the Palma 10km on the 18th October and would appreciate any donations you could make.
