Just back from a fantastic weekend meeting the rest of Group 3 for the Women v Cancer Cycle Kenya ride, training in the Cotswolds in the pouring rain, sun and wind. All in a very good cause helping breast cancer care. Jo's cervival cancer trust and Ovarian cancer action who all do such good work. Please help me raise my £2,800 target, thanks Helen x

I've set myself a bit of a challenge for this year! Not only to raise £2,800 for 3 very worth while charities, Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Trust - fighting cervical cancer and Ovarian Cancer Action, but also to be fit enough to cycle 250 miles in 5 days across the Rift Valley in Kenya this November with other women who have taken up the challenge.
