Nevertheless, I thought what better way to spend my time off then waking up at 6.30am in minus temperatures to go training. I’m not planning to break any speed records, but I am aiming to cross the finish line within 5 hours.</span><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 15.0pt; font-family: Calibri; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; color: #262626;"></span></p>

More than 24 million children grow up without parental care, their survival often threatened by greater risk of malnutrition, violence and exploitation; their future lost by missing out on school, and their childhood. I see spending time with my own nieces and nephews, and the increasing offspring of my friends, as a true blessing in life and emphasizes how lucky we all are.
