On 9th May 2015 I will be taking part in the Carten100. A 100 mile cycle ride from Cardiff to Tenby in a day. This is the 10th anniversary of the event and this year Carten100 is raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre. I have some friends who are patients at Velindre, so this challenge means a lot to me and is my way of supporting them.

Please help me raise as much money as possible for Velindre, to continue the amazing care and support they provide to our friends and family.

My longest ride this year is 65miles, so I am hoping for sunshine and a tailwind to get me through the 100 miles.
