Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 20^th August I will set sail from Liverpool’s Albert Dock on Leg 1 of the Clipper Round the World Race. What lies ahead is 6400 nautical miles of the Atlantic Ocean, roughly 36 days at sea battling the elements, before a warm Latin welcome in Punta Del Este, Uruguay.  For those of you who know me well, the sailing is the easy bit! I won’t be getting 8 hours sleep a night, the chocolate will be rationed, I will be cooking for 20 people and I get the luxury of a ‘shower’ every 8 days!   However…It’s going to be a fantastic experience, one I have been working towards for the last two years and I’m really looking forward to the challenge and adventure.
