Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The world is facing the largest refugee crisis since World War II

Occasionally I take a moment to imagine what it must be like for the
65 million refugees that have lost everything - families, homes, belongings, their country... but now its time for me to do something to help support them.

To do this, in September, I'll be hiking the UK's 3 highest peaks within a 24hr period. Here’s a few facts about the iconic National 3 Peaks Challenge…

3 mountains, 42kms, 3064m of ascent, 11hrs of driving between, and all in 24hrs....

Combined with sleep deprivation and (hopefully not) challenging weather and temperature changes.

Money raised will go to UNHCR and Europe’s largest grassroots distributor of aid, "Help Refugees". Both charities play a critical role supporting both the immediate and long term needs of those who are displaced, including provision of food, shelter and access to information for refugees across Europe.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity, every penny counts to helping someone who has lost everything.
