Sadly, I don't think I know anyone who has not been touched by cancer and it's such a horrible disease. I have lost people I love to it and I know there are people I love battling it at the moment. If I was good enough at research, this is the area I would like to make a difference in - but I'm not so I shall leave the reasearch to the people who do such an amazing job - and I shall do what little I can to support them.

So...yes! I am doing it again! I am 'running' my second 10k! I hoped the running would be easier by now...I hear some people actively enjoy it...I am not there yet! However, I now know that I can 'run' this far - so your sponsorship will not be in vain! I am 'running' (or, more accurately, staggering) in memory of absent friends, for all those I love who are dealing with this disease, and in support of my wonderful friend who is winning the battle!
