At the end of August 2019 I will be climbing up Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. Mount Kilimanjaro is the tallest free standing mountain in the world, at 5985m (19, 341ft) above sea level.  I am partaking in this challenge with a team from Bangor University to raise money for Mind - the mental health charity. 

Every year 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem. Mind believes that no one should face a mental health problem alone and work to achieve this by providing advice and support to anyone experiencing a mental health problem. By campaigning to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding, Mind aims to help everyone struggling with mental health problems. 

Please help me to achieve my goal and support the amazing work Mind does. Everyone with mental health problems deserves respect and support. Thank you.
