Hi, I'm Helene and in September, I'm going to be spending four days cycling just under 600 kilometres (360 miles) through France from St Malo to Lille! Crazy, I know! It hurts just thinking about it!

The purpose of the ride (it's not just because I'm mad) is to raise money for Unicef. I'll be aching all over towards the end and the only thing that will be keeping me going is the knowledge that it's for a good cause.
