Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page for the London Marathon 2010.
This is my third time asking for donations in association with running the London Marathon and again I am running for an autism charity. This time I would like to raise funds for the Jigsaw School (http://www.jigsawschool.co.uk/) that my son Henry attends.
Like many independent, special needs schools it was founded by parents to fulfil a gap in the education system and has grown organically. This creates a range of issues, some major (prefabricated buildings on a disused airfield that hosts the Top Gear test track) and some smaller in scale (books and equipment). I would like to focus on raising money for the later and the school has identified the following items:
Ten Library Books - £76.80
Special Needs Tricycle - £384
Playground Equipment - £768
Touchscreen computer - £1,536
Please help donate towards these items which support the unique specialist education work this school carries out.
Many thanks
Trevor
