<p class="Default" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This June I will be running the <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Hadrian’s Wall Run</span></strong>, a 69 mile ultra-marathon over 2 days. <br></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><br>I am running in aid of <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Care for Casualties</span></strong> which provides support for wounded soldiers from the Rifles. My aim is to <span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">raise as much money as possible to help them continue their vital support to the bereaved, the injured and their families. </span></span></p>

<p class="Default" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="color: windowtext; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Since </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">2007 The Rifles have had 61 killed in action and over 300 seriously injured. They have 29 amputees, three of whom have each lost three limbs. Two other casualties are completely blind and many veterans. More than 40 have sustained life changing physical injuries, which will require long term assistance. </span></p>
