My story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2011 and a year on, I have gone through all my treatment and am getting back to fitness! It's clearly a cause that's close to my heart, so taking part in this event was the obvious thing to do. I participated two years ago and I'm hoping it will be just as good this time around.

Near-perfect weather conditions (amazingly!) made for a great race yesterday! Not too hot, not too cold, not too windy, I managed to win my age category and came 5th overall in a field of 411 women! A fantastic atmosphere and I won a Shock Absorber sports bra into the bargain!
