Every two hours someone in the UK is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire is a national charity that provides practical help, supporting spinal cord injured people from injury to independence.

<p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><span style="color: #ff0000;">Thanks to everyone who has supported us.</span>&nbsp; </em></span><strong><em>We may well do more than our target - which is amazing!&nbsp; 1</em></strong></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>416 lengths of our pool to get to France and then the same back was all&nbsp;worth it.... </em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>Aspire supports people with spinal injuries thru' temporary housing, assistive technology, providing independent living advisors, research and the national training centre in Middx.&nbsp; All of its valuable work is funded through charitable giving - so, any final donations will be gratefully received. </em></strong></span></p> <p><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><em>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
