Story

***UPDATE 25/04/2011***

The cycling mission has now been completed! Read all about it over here... http://hillnyates.blogspot.com/, and then donate here if you have not already!

---

Mark and Tom feel that they have not given enough back to the world and believe now is the time to reciprocate some of the love they have received over the past 31 years. Therefore, we will be cycling from Birmingham to Paris for the listed charity. This event will be taking place from the 16th April to the 23rd April 2011.

We are not the fittest men in the world, we dont hit the gym on a daily basis, we don't play football or rugby, or go for 20 mile runs on a regular basis, which is why this is going to be such a challenge. We aim to cover up to 75 miles a day with our bikes and equipment that we have cobbled together over the past 6-12 months.

We do hope you can support us and donate generously to this most excellent charity. If we can pull this event off this year, we will be doing something bigger and better next year!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now!

12/03/2011 - We have created a blog that will be updated in the run up to the event and during the event at http://hillnyates.blogspot.com/
