I am taking part in a 36 mile bike ride in aid of Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity on Friday 1st July 2016. Those of you who know the last time I was on a bike and how bad my cardiovascular fitness is will realise this is some commitment from me....

Birmingham Children's Hospital is a fantastic resource for the whole country and we are blessed to have it located right here in Birmingham. Several of my friends have had their children cared for here and received fantastic support.

At Interserve Construction we are partnering with Birmingham Children's Hospital to deliver their Next Generation Legacy Building - to ensure that they have the right facilities to deliver state-of-the-art treatment and services going forward. As part of this partnership we have committed to fundraising £25k for the charity over the next two years. And this is where you come in.....

I would be so grateful if you would sponsor me whatever you can for completing this ride. It will be a genuine challenge for me and will be so much easier if I know I'm raising lots of money for Birmingham Children's Hospital...
