<p>Hey all, so once again im doing The Great North run! This year I will be running in support of Meningtis UK.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A month ago, my baby girl (at 10 weeks) old, contracted the deadly disease and survived because of the fantastic work of the NHS and Walsgrave hospital, Coventry. Strangely enough, I myself have also had the disease and survived. I had meningitis at the age of 8 and just like my daughter Brooke, got through it. We are so lucky and there are so many others that are not.</p> <p>I want to help Meningitis UK towards their goal of finding a vaccine and stopping the disease in its tracks. It is extremely important to me and close to my heart, so please dig deep and give whatever you can.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Your all amzing!
