As many of you will already know - my mum Linda recently went through chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. It was a heart-wrenching and tentative time, but thankfully she has been given the all-clear now.

In honour of the fantastic work that Penny Brohn Cancer Care have done for my mum, I have decided to run the Bristol Half Marathon on September 11th. Penny Brohn Cancer Care provides many thousands of people affected by cancer with a range of therapeutic courses, counselling and emotional support during and after invasive medical treatment.   

If you'd like to support Penny Brohn Cancer Care, please make a donation online now.
