On Friday 18 September we three fellas (Matt, Stephen and Tommo) are undertaking the annual Staples2Naples
banger rally, the original and leading European banger rally and in turn
raising as much money as we can for our chosen charity; Papyrus - Prevention of Young Suicides.
The monumental challenge we face is
getting our £84 vehicle (a 1995 Peugeot 405 TURBO) from Calais to Rome in 4 days –
dressed as The Stig from Top Gear. That’s about 1,500 miles taking in at least
3 countries; France, Switzerland and Italy on some of the narrowest, highest
passes that the Alps have to offer.
A particular thank you has to go out to Roger and his Team at TR Autos in Bidford for getting this beast of a car back on the road. They donated their time and parts to get it through it's MOT to allow us to raise some important money for an important cause so thanks to them! www.trautos.co.uk
