ABS, or 'Architects Benevolent Society' is the only registered charity in the UK for architects, landscape architects, assistants, technologists and their dependants. ABS gives advice, loans and grants to help those professionals who have experienced illness, accdients, bereavements or other misfortunes that stop them from practicing.

I am participating in ABS's 6K Fun Run 2011 and raising money for their cause. Although I hope my friends at the Bartlett will never need this charity, if disaster strikes I hope my efforts will help. C'mon all you architects, please donate and help secure your own future!!!
