<p>ABS, or 'Architects Benevolent Society' is the only registered charity in the UK <strong>for architects, landscape architects, assistants, technologists and their dependants.</strong> ABS gives advice, loans and grants to help those professionals who have experienced illness, accdients, bereavements or other misfortunes that stop them from practicing.</p> <p><strong>I am participating in ABS's 6K Fun Run 2011 and raising money for their cause.</strong> Although I hope my friends at the Bartlett will never need this charity, if disaster strikes I hope my efforts will help. <strong>C'mon all you architects, please donate and help secure your own future!!!</strong></p> <p>http://www.absnet.org.uk/</p>
