Laurence's big dumb walk

The big dumb walk · 12 May 2016
On 12th May, an intrepid band of people who should probably know better, are setting off on a terrifying journey of self discovery on a red squirrel infested island from the 1920s.
Our aim is to walk the entire circumference of the Isle of Wight, that's just under 70 miles, in three days with only each other and the occasional pub lunch to see us through. At night, we will be fending for ourselves in 'camp sites' which will no doubt involve defending our honour from the advances of amorous farmers, as well as those dreaded red squirrels.
We are doing this to raise money for the Make a Wish foundation who do wonderful things for terminally ill children so do the right thing and sponsor me in this most perilous of challenges.
