<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. Well it is but it's also about the personal challenge... the preparation, the training, the planning of what to eat, how to keep hydrated, what clothing to wear and how to avoid injuries both before and during. Its programmes help them develop the skills, confidence and motivation to make positive choices in their lives. </span></span></span></span></span></span></strong></span></span></span></p>
