We are Howard and Karen Kennedy, from Aberdeen in Scotland.  Our passion is wildlife and wildlife photography.

We are trying to raise money for Save The Elephants

We blogged "from the field" during our safari in September/October 2011 and readers of our blog are invited to donate through this page.   We are working on a book with all profits going to Save The Elephants.  We will also be organising several events to try to generate more interest in the work of Save The Elephants and raise as much as possible.  Any organisation which books us for one of our talks on Kenya will be asked to make a donation in lieu of our normal fee.

Please take time to read about some of the amazing work done by Save The Elephants in not only raising awareness locally and internationally about the situation for elephants but pioneering research into new ways of understanding elephant society and of managing human/elephant conflict in ways which have a beneficial, rather than detrimental effect on local populations.
