<p class="iphone-update">OK, some pictures uploaded and I have pushed this through to Facebook. More pictures to come and maybe some video if I can work that out. It was a good run and a laugh to see some people getting creative with the Santa / Christmas theme. Hot soup at the Pullen's afterwards went down very nicely!</p>

<p>I have been persuaded to take part in the Santa Run in Greenwich Park this weekend to raise funds for Developing Technologies which creates solutions to real Third World problems in ways that are suitable and sustaintable fro the Third World.</p>
<p>It is only a 5k run but could be interesting given the amount of training I have done - none!</p>
<p>Things seem to be grim economically here in the UK at the moment, but for so many people in the world things are so much worse, so thank you for your support.</p>
