Cancer touches us all, and from recent personal experience, Macmillan made the final journey easier for all to bear. I am cycling 100kms for Macmillan Cancer Support, as part of the Countrywide Grand Tour (stage 42) on 14 August. You may well need the services of these incredible people, so please dig deep and give me the inspiration on those coastal hills to go the distance.
