Guys,

This year Gleeds are taking part in a Charity 'It's a Knockout' at Mote Park in Maidstone. This is a event that involves getting wet, foam, inflatable assault courses and looking like an idiot. No dieting and intense training will be required for this one, only my short shorts.

Myself and a few of the guys from the office will be competing against other teams, with an overall target of raising atleast £500 between us for Children Today. Any donation even if it is only a £1 would be massively appreciated and i'll owe you a round of jagers. 

Children Today enables children & young people living with disability to achieve their potential, increase independence & improve quality of life through the provision of specialised equipment. Maidstone's event is aimed at local children, for example there are currently several children waiting for help in Kent right now.
