We are taking part in the LSH- Bikes, Boats and Boots event  in an effort to raise money for Mind – The mental health charity. I am sure you will all agree that this is a great cause and that more and more attention needs to be given to those struggling with mental health and it through events like this we can help this great charity.

The event consists of a 10 mile bike race, canoe race around a lake course before taking on a 5 hour hike up Helvellyn.

No contribution is too small but we are hoping to smash the target we have set ourselves of £2000. As it is a company event that we are taking part in our contribution will be collated with the other regions of the business and I hope you will help us with smashing the target. The guys in Hull have given up their weekend and have also paid £150 each of their own money towards the event so rest assured we are putting our money where our mouths are as well.
