Never done any running. Hated cross country at school and always walked around at the back. Never did any exercise. But I guess that at 50 I have realised I need to do some stuff to keep me alive and reasonably in shape so this is my 1st ever organised run.
And its in aid of a great Sheffield charity, to help Sheffield Childrens' Hospital Charitable Trust provide the best care and support for very sick children and their families.
