<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">In September, I'm embarking on a Christian Gap Year with BMS Actions Teams. I'm being sent in a team of 4 to Reggio Calabria in Southern Italy. Whilst it sounds exotic, there's a real need in the area - homelessness is a big issue and the Mafia have still got a strong influence over the city and the area.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #0000ff;">The money donated through JustGiving will go directly to BMS World Mission, and will contribute towards the £4,350 that I need to raise as my contribution to the total cost of the programme. That includes flights, accomodation and food but on top of that I need to cover any personal costs, minor medical costs, and bits of travel. So, I've got the target of raising £5,000 in total. It sounds like a lot, but I assure you, the rewards are going to be immense.</span></p>
