Bydd Huws Gray yn dathlu 25 mlynedd o fasnachu eleni ac i nodi'r garreg filltir arbennig y maent wedi dewis hosbisau plant fel eu helusennau penodol ar gyfer 2015.

Bydd tîm ohonom yn anelu i gwblhau y 3 brig Prydeinig ar y 23ain o Fai. Mae'r her yn golygu cerdded y mynyddoedd uchaf yn yr Alban, Lloegr a Chymru o fewn 24 awr. Ein nod yw codi cymaint o arian ag y bo modd ar gyfer Hosbis Tŷ Gobaith. 

Mae Tŷ Gobaith yn darparu gofal nyrsio arbenigol a chefnogaeth i blant, pobl ifanc ac oedolion ifanc sydd â salwch sy'n cyfyngu bywyd o Sir Amwythig, Sir Gaer, Gogledd a Chanolbarth Cymru.

Huws Gray will be celebrating their 25 year anniversary this year and to mark the special milestone they've chosen children's hospices as their dedicated charities for 2015. 

A team of us will be taking on the three peaks challenge on the 23rd of May. The challenge involves walking the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales within 24 hours.  We aim to raise as much essential funds as possible for Hope House Children's Hospice. 

Hope House provide specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children, young people and young adults from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
