<p><span><strong>A team of 11 will be taking on the Paris Marathon on the 10th of April to raise money for the Too Many Women campaign, a fundraising initiative supporting Breakthrough Breast Cancer Research</strong><strong>. In addition, I have decided to match the monies raised on this page (hopefully with the help of my family) and pass this contribution to the <span style="color: #ff0099;">Prostate Cancer </span>charity. In case anyone has missed the<span style="color: black;"> obvious – the more you give the more I have to give – so please be generous. </span></strong></span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;"><span style="color: black;">As people will be aware, these two cancers are the most prevalent forms for women and men and both have impacted people that I love.</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: black; font-size: 11.5pt;">The Too Many Women campaign that was put together by Harry Becher and Catriona Blampied, who shared the experience of having both their mother’s diagnosed with breast cancer within a few months of each other. The outpouring of support they received inspired them to make a difference in memory of Harry’s mother Judith and as a thanks for the wonderful treatment received by Catriona’s mother, Marilyn.
