So most of you know Luke George, Craig Lewis and I are doing the Taff Trail with my work colleagues from Proxima Group!

This cycle ride is 55 miles along the Taff Trail from Brecon to Cardiff. This cycle ride won’t be easy and will require a lot of will power to get to the end and your donations & support will help!!!
