Hi everyone , bit late notice i know sorry but feels a bit vacant running 10 miles ( this Sunday 13th Feb ) without raising a bit of cash for charity . Bexley and Greenwich Hospice is where my Dad spent his last days and they took real good care of him . I've set no fundraising target for Jason and I but if you fell like chucking a few quid our way to a worthy cause please do ... it will be much appreciated .
