Hi to all my family and friends,

As you all know, I'm not exactly the epitome of health and fitness. Slightly overweight, slightly under average height, slightly balding and definitely have not seen my hidden 6 pack, ever.......... 

Tough Mudder started off as a glib "OK, I'll do it!". Now I'm starting to think "what have I done?!!" Having convinced around 30 others from work and social to join in the fun, backing out is no longer an option.  For those that don't know, TM is a 16km grueling obstacle course with mud, 30ft monkey bars, 12ft walls and electric shock for good measure.

I think many/all of you will laugh and giggle and enjoy the visions of me struggling. I can't even run 1.6km!!!  So, if I'm going to put myself through this, let's do this for a good cause.  

Please pay money to see me suffer and hurt.  All donations will go to the MacMillan Cancer Support Group. The group tirelessly helps to ease the suffering of the many cancer patients in their final days.  I have been affected by loss and no doubt many of you have also been affected directly or indirectly.  Every penny counts. It's all for a good cause.
