On 14th October myself and two other of my Irwin Mitchell colleagues will be running for the British Lung Foundation.

Ange and I will be running the ten miler and David,  who is clearly the bravest out of the three of us, will be running the full marathon!

The British Lung Foundation provides much needed support for people who suffer with a respiratory disease. David, Ange and I work for many clients who unfortunately suffer from a respiratory disease and therefore we have first had experience of how much of a difference charities such as BLF can make.
