On behalf of Durham University Islamic Society, I am raising a small amount of donation in support of DUISoc (http://www.duisoc.com) effort to raise money for the FOSIS Charity Week 2009 fund-rising event. 

Charity week 2009 is organised by Federation of Student Islamic Societies (FOSIS) - http://fosis.org.uk/events/calendar/detail/2009/10/19/62 -. The event is here from 26 Oct - 1 Nov 2009. 

"Charity Week is one week in the year, where Islamic societies, colleges, schools, community associations and businesses from across the country come together to raise crazy amounts of money for orphans and needy children around the world!"

“And they feed for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan and the captive. We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks” (Quran Surah Al-Insaan:8)

So, we really appreciate your contribution for this event.My target for this online fund rising is only few % of FOSIS target, so hope you would be generous in your donation and be a part of this small effort. Thank you for donating.
