I lost my lovely dad to a stroke a few months ago, and I wanted to do something to try and help save other dad's lives so I'm running for The Stroke Association who research into stroke prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and long-term care.

I've been quite ill recently so was ordered to give up training - but I'm still doing it!!  I'm now walking it but it'll be worth it to raise the money for such a good cause.
