On the 30th August I'll be taking part in the Great North Bike Ride, consisting of approximately 54 miles of the Northumberland coastline.  The events organised by the Chris Lucas Trust, who raise funds specifically for children and young adults affected by a particularly aggressive cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma.  Please help me do my bit for charity and dig deep!
