Devizes Westminster 125 mile Canoe Race · 22 April 2011

The Royal Signals Charity supports Regular, Retired and Reserve Signallers. We do this by providing benevolence grants to those facing distress or hardship. We support our community through grants that look to encourage comradery, corps history and education of our trades.

Story

{Finished in a time of 21hrs 15min in 14th place.  Arms fine, ass a bit tender.  Thanks for all of the donations guys.}

I started sprint marathon kayaking in Sept 10 and will now paddle the 125 miles to London from Wiltshire (don't under estimate the 77 portages where I hang out of my hoop running with my boat past a lock)

All entrance fee's accommidation fuel etc have been paid by myself, all money donated will be for the charity.

[ Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.]
