I have now completed the Paras’ 10 challenge and would like to thank everyone for their generous sponsorship and great encouragement.

 I completed the 10 mile course in 1 hour 48 minutes and 42 seconds, which is just over a minute inside the qualifying time set for the Parachute Regiment – not bad for an old boy hey?

This was a fantastic event and I was really delighted with the finishing time but whatever the outcome the most important  goal was the opportunity to raise funds for the Airborne Forces Charities.  Thanks again for your donations and for those who have not got round to it yet the JustGiving site will be open for another few weeks. Have a laugh at the two extra photographs I have now added to the site and dig deep into your pockets!
