I'm running the British London 10km in July raising money for the Helen Foundation, a charity established in memory of my cousin Helen. The charity works to support the aspirations of young people in the arts in Teignbridge, South Devon as Helen was working as a classically-trained actress at the time of her tragic death at 24 years old due to a road accident.
