In the tradition of using charity as a good excuse for doing something we always wanted to do I am taking part in a triathlon on 23rd August.  Don't worry, I haven't gone mad, it is only 500m swim, 10km bike and 5km run.  So whilst it does not compare to the marathons or three peaks that some of you have done perhaps you can give a little to the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust.
