As some of you may know, On the 8th November there is a Salsathon in Penrith. 5 Hours of torturous Salsa dancing by a bunch of us to try and raise money for Hospice at Home at Penrith. I'd like to think that for five hours of getting my dancing wrong and the ladies having to suffer my attempts at getting the right rythym and steps that some of you lovely people will contribute a few quid to a very worthy cause for me.
