OK, confession time. I've wanted to do this for a few years now but the main reason stopping me was lack of fitness. Last summer I did, for me, quite a lot of cycling and lost a lot of weight (which I really needed to do). One of my main motivations is that I want to be alive to see my children grow up.
I'm doing what I can to look after my heart and my body but the British Heart Foundation does this for the whole of the UK and their various events give people the motivation to get fitter and improve their own lives. Please dig deep and support this worthy cause.
