In 2011 Huddersfield Marathon Band were the first marching band to complete the Virgin London Marathon in 7 hours and 55 minutes! In doing this they raised over £30,000 for the charity Sense. They also gained a Guiness World Record for the fastest marching band to complete a marathon. Since then this record has been broken.

In 2014 we aim to reclaim the Guiness World Record and raise even more money for the great charity Sense.
